LET FREEDOM RING

A Signage Revival Lettering Project

The University of Minnesota commissioned me to screen print & revive the iconic March on Washington posters for the March’s 60th anniversary. An Homoage using my own lettering script and hand screen printed by me. These posters exist as an integral intersection of Black, American, and design history; I’m grateful to have the opportunity to be honor it.

“I have a dream today! I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and mountain shall be made low. The rough places will be plain and the crooked places will be made straight, "and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together." This is our hope.”

Martin Luther King Jr
